All payments are processed in real-time upon checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. In case of processing delays or technical failures, the customer will be notified, and funds (if debited) will be refunded by the respective gateway within 5–7 business days.

3. Pricing & Charges

All product prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless specified. Lumerush reserves the right to modify prices, shipping costs, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Fraud Prevention & Security

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
• Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

6. Failed Transactions
