Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

- Any other items marked as non-returnable at checkout

Return Process

- Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error by Lumerush .
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for approved returns.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Lumerush error.
- Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
